Eight parts of your practice, all working from the same client.
From the first enquiry to the firm’s own figures. Each part picks up what the one before it already knows.
Win the work at the right price
From the first enquiry to a signed yes, without typing a proposal.
- Every enquiry and proposal on one pipeline, with the fees you stand to win.
- The pricing wizard builds your price list. Every figure stays yours to change.
- Quotes priced from that list as you type, to the penny.
- FirmPulse’s AI drafts the answers from your call notes. Your firm accepts each one.
- The proposal is written in your branding, and the client accepts online with no login.
One proposal for the whole group
A holding company and its subsidiaries priced company by company, with one total, or a director’s other companies alongside them. One engagement letter and one bill for the whole group, or one of each for every company, and one yes takes every company on.

Take clients on safely
Identity, AML, the engagement letter and onboarding, in the right order, with only the risk questions left to your firm.
One job for your firm: the risk questions. FirmPulse does the rest, and calls in your MLRO only for a high-risk client, a PEP or a possible match.
- Acceptance sets up the record, services, contacts, tasks and onboarding. Nothing retyped.
- Every director and owner gets their own identity check, at their own email, with no fee or card.
- Two checks, two questions: who this person is, and whether anything is against their name.
- Owners traced to the real people behind the client, and each one screened.
- A scored risk assessment, answered by your firm, before the letter can go.
- The engagement letter drawn from the accepted quote, sent the moment the checks are done.
- One letter and one bill for a group, or one of each.
- Identity verification is now the law for every company director, and FirmPulse tracks each check to done.
Ongoing monitoring, all year
A check on the day a client joins is a check on one day. Every person your firm has checked stays watched all year, and when something changes against a name FirmPulse tells your firm and raises that client’s risk for review. A yearly review would not find it until next year.

Run the client
One record per client, kept current by FirmPulse from the Companies House register, with nobody retyping anything.
- One record: services, people, documents, deadlines and history together.
- Every statutory deadline worked out, from accounts and the CT600 to VAT, payroll and Self Assessment.
- Companies House changes move the deadlines and the open work. Nobody retypes a date.
- Every tax payment date worked out, and the client reminded ahead of it.
- Each director and owner is one person across every company they sit on.

Company formations and company secretarial
Form a company here and it is a client of your firm from the day it exists. Then the company secretarial module files for it, without anyone asking.
Company formations
Check the name, give the directors, the shares and the registered office once. Your firm incorporates the company from the client record, under its own Companies House account. The certificate, the registers and the first confirmation statement all land on the client record. Companies House’s own fee is paid by your firm.
- A new company on your books from the day it exists, with nothing retyped.
- The confirmation statement filed on the date, next year’s raised, and nobody diarising it.
- Officer changes, registered office and share allotments filed from the same record.
- Statutory registers kept in step with Companies House.
- 64-8 agent authorisations sent and tracked for each tax.
- No separate company secretarial software, and no separate formations account.
